Policy Guide

Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free, while maintaining fairness and transparency for all customers.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all tire purchases made through the Unbeatable Tire online store.

1. Return Eligibility Window

Unbeatable Tire accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The tire has not been installed on a wheel or vehicle
  • The tire shows no signs of use or driving
  • The tire is clean and free of damage
  • All manufacturer labels and packaging remain intact
Notice

Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for return, except in cases where Unbeatable Tire is at fault.

2. Types of Returns & Cost Responsibilities

A. Customer-Initiated Returns

(Applies to incorrect size selection, change of mind, no longer needed, etc.)

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is not charged to the customer. (We do not charge outbound shipping on standard orders, and customers do not pay a separate return shipping fee.)

Restocking Fee

A $20 per tire restocking fee applies to all customer-initiated returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, warehousing, and logistics processing.

Incentive

If you place a new order after returning incorrect tires, the $20 restocking fee will be refunded or credited toward the new order.

Refund Calculation
Price − $20 Fee = Refund

B. Unbeatable Tire Responsibility

(Applies when we ship the wrong product, quantity, or when the product arrives damaged or defective)

Unbeatable Tire will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • Issue a full refund with no restocking fee
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Accept returns even outside the 30-day window if the issue is verified
Special Regions

For Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO: Any shipping surcharge originally paid will also be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Unbeatable Tire cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

Conditions Voiding Return

  • Tires that have been installed, mounted, or driven on
  • Tires with any sign of use or mileage
  • Tires with visible damage, including cuts, tool marks, impact damage, patches, repairs, or alterations
  • Missing or damaged labels, markings, stickers, or packaging
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window (unless Unbeatable Tire is at fault)
  • Tires damaged due to vehicle conditions, improper installation, misuse, overloading, racing, drifting, or other non-standard use
  • Tires that have been repaired or modified by the customer

4. Reporting Shipping Damage

48-Hour Requirement

If your tire arrives damaged due to shipping: You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following photos:

  • Damage area on the tire
  • Full tire image
  • Packaging and boxes
  • Shipping label and tracking barcode

Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility for a free replacement or refund.

5. Special Region Policy (Hawaii / Alaska / APO/FPO)

Orders shipped to these regions may include additional shipping surcharges.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Shipping surcharge is not refundable.
  • Unbeatable Tire Responsibility Returns: Shipping surcharge will be refunded.

6. Return Process

Submit a Return Request

Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). After review, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

Send the Tires Back

Package the tires properly. For customer-initiated returns, no separate return shipping fee is charged; only the restocking fee applies.

Inspection & Refund

Refunds are issued 3–7 business days after inspection. If the return fails inspection, a partial refund or return to customer may occur.

7. Installation & Third-Party Service Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Mounting and installation fees
  • Balancing fees
  • Removal and disposal fees
  • Any charges paid to third-party service centers

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Treadwear warranties, structural warranties, and factory defect claims are handled through the tire manufacturer’s warranty program, not through the Unbeatable Tire return process. We assist customers with documentation as needed.

9. FAQ

No. Installed or driven-on tires cannot be returned.
Installation leaves permanent mounting marks, making the tire no longer sellable as new.
No. Noise level varies by vehicle, pavement, suspension, and driving habits. This is not considered a defect.
No. Tread appearance may vary by tire size. Photos are for general reference only.
No. DOT week/year is not grounds for a return as long as the tire is new and meets industry safety standards.
As long as the tire is unused and unmounted, you may return it for a $20 restocking fee per tire. If you reorder the correct size, the restocking fee will be refunded.
Unauthorized refusal may be treated as a customer-initiated return and be subject to a restocking fee.
Report within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the tire at no cost.
3–7 business days for internal processing after inspection. Bank processing times vary.
